Job Title: Contact Center Representative - Healthcare (Medicaid Provider Support)
Pay Rate:
$20.77/hour
Location: 100% Remote (Local candidates to Austin TX preferred)
Schedule: Must be available for any 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM CST Monday - Friday

We are seeking a dependable and service-oriented Contact Call Center Representative to support Medicaid providers and clients. This role involves handling high-volume inbound calls and providing accurate unbiased assistance regarding eligibility claims and program-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and courteously to inbound calls regarding Medicaid eligibility claims status and general program questions.
  • Document all interactions clearly and accurately in system logs.
  • Transfer calls to appropriate departments as needed.
  • Meet individual performance and quality standards.
  • Maintain strict adherence to attendance and performance metrics.
  • Participate in training and other duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 6 months of recent high-volume inbound contact center experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work any assigned shift within the 7 AM - 7 PM window (no schedule changes allowed during the first 90 days).
