Purpose
Mettre en place les audtis Kamishiba en production dans une dmarche amlioration continue-qualit.
Key Missions
- Mettre en place la mthode japonaise Kamishibai largement utilise par le systme de production TOYOTA dans le contexte du Lean Management permettant de vrifier la mise en uvre de nos standards de nos bonnes pratiques au niveau de nos diffrents ateliers de production.
- Crer les fiches en T par atelier de production dfinir et illustrer les points et critres auditer.
- Optimiser les diffrents standards dj existants pour les rendre plus visible par lutilisation de cet outil.
- Amorcer des audits terrains crer le tableau denregistrement des audits planning et performance mensuel.
- Surveiller en temps rel les mises jour afin didentifier les ventuelles anomalies.
- Dfinir et commander le matriel adquate.
Profile & Other Information
- Formation de niveau BAC2 BAC3 minimum .
- Bon relationnel et capacit dcoute .
- Rigueur autonomie et esprit danalyse .
- Connaissances en mthodologies qualit (ex. : rsolution de problmes 8D etc.)
- Matrise de langlais technique.
- Bonne aisance avec les outils bureautiques : Word Excel Outlook.
