Role & team overview
The Risk & Internal Controls (RIC) team is responsible for maintaining and developing Carlsbergs Internal Control Framework and supporting the organization in the identification of high risks. The internal controls are requirements on why how and who to execute and document specific actions to minimize high risks in general and to ensure the integrity validity accuracy and completeness of processes data and reporting. In other words the internal controls are the checks and balances we as an organization carry out to prevent errors intentional as well as unintentional.

What youll be doing
- Familiarizing yourself with the Internal Control Framework
- Participating in projects run within Group Risk and Internal Controls incl. review/testing of controls verification of compliance with relevant procedures controls self-assessment actions monitoring maintenance of selected reports etc.
- Communicating with different stakeholders
- Learning the basics of the Segregation of Duties/Access Management concept and its use in practice
- Having a chance to use a variety of tools like: Excel SAP SharePoint PowerBI
- Cooperating with other markets /countries.
We are looking for colleagues who:
- Have good organizational skills dedication and accuracy
- Have basic finance knowledge
- Are tech-oriented
- Speak English communicatively
- Would like to work in an international environment and have a teamwork approach
- Quickly put ideas into action
- Have a proficiency in MS Office (Excel PPT)
- Are available for at least 20 hrs per week
