Job Description
Job Title: Paediatric Occupational Therapist - MEAP
Location: Manchester
Pay Rate: 35 per hour
Working Pattern: Flexible - some visits may be required before/after school.
Liquid Personnel is currently seeking a Paediatric Occupational Therapist in Multidisciplinary Education Assessment Panel (MEAP) to join our client in Manchester.
Responsibilities:
- Provide specialist assessments for disabled children across the city focusing on bespoke equipment and major/minor adaptations
- Carry out safety assessments and holistic evaluations to determine appropriate moving and handling equipment
- Manage a caseload and complete monthly allocated cases
- Work closely with childrens services health professionals and hospital colleagues
- Deliver succinct comprehensive reports and maintain accurate documentation using IT systems
- Travel city-wide to conduct home visits including outside standard hours when necessary

Requirements:
- Qualified Occupational Therapist with paediatric experience
- Skilled in the provision of specialist equipment and adaptations
- Strong communication empathy and case management skills
- Excellent IT proficiency and report writing ability
- Full driving licence and flexibility with working hours
