Job Title: Principle Social Worker
Location: Wolverhampton (Hybrid)
Pay Rate: 35.44 per hour
About the Role:
Liquid Personnel is looking for a forward thinking dynamic Principal Social Worker to lead motivate and inspire Wolverhamptons social workers across Adults and Childrens Services working closely with the senior leadership teams and Directors to raise the profile of social work and offer effective challenge.
What will your responsibilities be
In this role you will lead the strategic development of social work practice by overseeing training recruitment and retention including pathways into the profession. You will manage a robust quality assurance programme to support continuous learning and improvement and take responsibility for policy procedures and inspection activities including those related to the Care Quality Commission (CQC). You will also represent the council in national and regional forums advise senior leadership and provide expert guidance to social workers and social care practitioners. The role includes managing a team comprising a Deputy Principal Social Worker (PSW) Advanced Practitioners and Improvement Officers.
