Position:Process Expert Manager
Location: Madrid Spain
Contract Type: Local Permanent
Process Expert Manager
Purpose:
The BTS Finance Performance Process Expert Manager acts as a service provider working under Team lead to implement approved application changes or support the delivery of assigned project activities.
He/she is the point of contact with Power users of assigned specific project areas or changes and coordinates with other IT teams on required activities to secure achieving needs.
He/she also provides expertise in his/her application/process specialization to support the daily operations and effective performance of the business solution (application/support maintenance).
Main areasof responsibility:
Project Management
- Drives the implementation of approved functional Change Requests/initiatives: new system functionality implementation or business process redesign
- Provides estimate on costs project resources planning and timelines
- Manages the functional activities such as blueprinting design fit/gap unit and integration testing monitor progress of implementation
- Ensure system integrity and performance
- Assess master data and reporting requirements for key users
- Validate the solution (get signoff)
- Ensures appropriate documentation is maintained
Business Consultancy
- Acts as a business consultant to provide expertise both on a business process side and system functionality. Work proactively with thebusiness toenhance/optimize existing business practices and to bring market best practices in designated area. Strive to investigateand bring forward new functionality to the business that delivers added value and better meets the business requirements
Knowledge management
- Provides knowledge transfer and best practices to power- users through training in coordination with the training team
- Being the expert on the assigned areas he/she coaches and helps the process/application analysts in the customization of the associated application modules
- Support the Change knowledge transfer :
- From the project team to the power users
- From the external consultants to the BTS (documentation training etc.)
- He/she is responsible forworking together both with the power user/business process owner on documenting the processes from abusiness perspective
- Working together with the project team and the process analyst on documenting the processes from a technical perspective
People management
- Provide for the development of his/her direct report both technically and professionally
- Communication & Alignment
- Liaises with team lead on current initiatives provides all required information and documentation so that future support requirements areplanned and efficiently organized
Requirements:
- IT University Degree
- SAP Finance area S4- FI and CO BW SAC and other Finance applications
- Proven experience in business Financial and Planning and Analysis area related IT solutions (PA IBM and SAP)
- Experience in AI RPA or Data science
- In depth expertise of supported applications functionalities application landscape and related business processes
- Good knowledge of other pillar/work stream business processes and system functionalities
- Project management skills and full awareness of quality assurance methodology (detailed knowledge of application testing test procedures and test scenarios)
- People management abilities
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Good business understanding
- Capacity to listen the business understand their needs and turn them into concrete solutions.

- Analytical skills
