Job Description
Your tasks
- You support the rollout of a large international project and the introduction of a support & self-help portal for our branches
- You standardize the recording of frequently occurring IT malfunctions together with the responsible persons in our country organizations and ensure compliance with them
- You create the recording masks for IT incidents in our ITSM system (ServiceNow)
Your profile
- You are a student (m/f/d) of business administration (business) computer science or mathematics with an affinity for computer science
- You work independently carefully and on your own responsibility and have a high level of commitment
- You think holistically and have a quick grasp of things
- You have a good command of German and English
