We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Sr. UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and prototype user interfaces using tools like Figma Framer or similar.
- Simplify complex workflows into intuitive user-friendly experiences.
- Conduct usability research and translate findings into actionable design improvements.
- Create responsive designs icons and visual assets that align with our brand.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to bring designs to life.
- Advocate for user needs and champion user-centric design principles.
- Ensure accessibility and inclusivity are embedded in all design solutions.
- Contribute to the evolution of our design system and visual language.
Who You Are:

- Experience designing and simplifying complex workflows
- Proficiency with prototyping and wireframing tools (Figma Framer etc.)
- Strong user advocacy and user-centric design thinking
- Proven ability to conduct usability research and apply insights
- Graphic design skills including responsive design and icon/logo creation
- Experience collaborating with product managers and engineering teams
Secondary Competencies
- Bachelors degree in a design-related field (preferred)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Familiarity with frontend technologies (e.g. HTML CSS JavaScript frameworks)
- Experience in data visualization
- Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design

Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Remarcable salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of Remarcables total compensation package for employees. Other components may include: PTO and a Bonus plan.
Work remote temporarily due to COVID-19.
Compensation: $80000.00 - $120000.00 per year
