The opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivatedProject Managerto join ourManaged Fund Claims Business leading a complex high-impact transformation project. This role is pivotal in aligning our processes culture training and technology with new legislative requirements and other business priorities while also driving operational improvements and managing strategic partnerships.
Your new role
You will play a key leadership role in delivering change initiatives that support compliance enhance business performance and foster a culture of adaptability and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of transformation projects driven by legislative change.
Define document and manage project frameworks ensuring alignment with business goals timelines and budgets.
Conduct impact assessments and gap analyses across processes systems and capabilities.
Develop and implement change management strategies to support adoption and minimise disruption.
Oversee the development and rollout of training programs aligned with new legislative requirements.
Collaborate with IT and business units to implement or enhance technology solutions.
Build and manage strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Monitor and report on project performance risks and milestones to senior leadership.
Support the delivery of program services across the business and drive continuous improvement.
Partner with communications and internal operational teams to build awareness and engagement internally and externally.
About You
Experienced project management professional with a strong background in change and transformation.
Proven track record of delivering results in complex high-stakes environments.
Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and lead teams through change.
Experience aligning business operations with regulatory or legislative changes advantageous.
Ideally have familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g. ADKAR Prosci) and process improvement tools (e.g. Lean Six Sigma).
Tertiary qualifications in Business Project Management or a related field; certifications such as PMP PRINCE2 or Change Management are highly regarded.
