Job Description
Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at the Ocean Springs MS office. Remote will be considered for the right candidate.
Note: You must have an active Property & Casualty Insurance License and a minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance. If you do not meet this requirement please do not schedule a call as it will be canceled.
**Base salaryfor this role ranges from $50000 to $60000 with on-target earnings (including commissions) of approximately $72000.**

Job Description
- Manage a book of personal lines insurance clients (auto home renters umbrella)
- Provide high-quality service via phone email and in-person communication
- Process policy renewals endorsements cancellations and coverage changes
- Resolve billing underwriting and claims-related issues with carriers
- Advise clients on policy options and coverage enhancements
- Maintain accurate client records in agency management systems
- Cross-sell other lines of insurance when appropriate
- Ensure all actions comply with agency procedures and insurance regulations
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required
- Minimum of 3 years in a personal lines insurance role required
- Familiarity with auto home renters and umbrella policies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and agency management software (AMS360 Applied Epic or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and customer service mindset
