Pay:$24 $26/hour
Schedule: Monday Friday
3 days:8:00 AM 5:00 PM
2 days:10:00 AM 7:00 PM (flexible excluding Mondays)
About the Role:
Were seeking a reliable and customer-focused IT Client Helpdesk Support Associate to join our onsite IT team. In this role youll be the go-to technical support resource for internal employees handling everything from onboarding new hires to resolving hardware and software issues. Youll work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same - some days may bring 10 tickets others up to 80.
This is a hands-on in-person role where youll represent the IT department with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
