Job Title: TELESALES AGENT - Estate Agency
Location: Shoreditch EC2
Salary: OTE 30000 per annum

Our client is a fast-growing residential property company helping homeowners sell quickly through innovative deal structures.
As a Telesales Agent youll be the first contact for inbound property leadsqualifying explaining solutions and arranging valuations.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Call warm leads who responded to our property ads
- Understand seller motivation and build rapport
- Clearly explain our property solutions
- Agree non-binding offers based on initial details
- Schedule free valuation visits
- Record and manage lead data
- Confirm appointments and next steps with sellers
