Role Overview: We are looking for a hands-on SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC) specialist to support and enhance the CDC landscape for both B2C and B2B customers within a complex system environment. You provide day-to-day excellence in Functional & Technical Application Support which entails:

  • Diagnosing/Analyzing complex issues and changes design solutions that cannot be handled by L2 support
  • Project support with involvement/impact on SAP CDC
  • Evolutive enhancements in the SAP CDC landscape

    Responsibilities:

    • Act as the primary contact for functional and technical support of the SAP CDC application and its integrations.
    • Analyze and resolve complex incidents and changes beyond the scope of Level 2 support.
    • Drive and implement change requests operational enhancements and integration projects involving SAP CDC.
    • Ensure proper fit and alignment of solutions with the business needs and existing system landscape.
    • Support transformation projects including:
      • Integration of SAP CDC with SAP S/4HANA and Sales & Service Cloud
      • Enablement of SAP CDC as a CIAM solution for both B2C and B2B portals
      • Integration of new back-end systems
    • Proactively propose improvements in governance processes support training and communication.
    • Stay current with industry best practices and apply them to enhance the CDC platform and services.
    • Report to the CRM leadership team and work in close coordination with business process owners.

    Requirements:

    • Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
    • Proven hands-on experience with:
      • B2C & B2B Customer Identity and Access Management
      • Identity Query Tool User Management
      • Screensets UI Builder API & Site creation
      • Organization Workspace features (delegated admin member attributes workflows)
      • Authorization and master data management
      • Integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems using SAP CPI
      • (Optional) Integration with the Adobe platform for marketing (no deep Adobe expertise required)
    • University (Masters) degree or equivalent experience
    • Experience with ServiceNow and Jira is considered a plus.
    • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) in Dutch French and English.
    • Team player with the ability to work independently and proactively.
    • Strong problem-solving mindset with a structured and pragmatic approach.
    • Comfortable working in a governance- and quality-driven environment.
    • Experience of working in a railway context is considered a plus.
