Job Description: Senior IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT roles across various domains (Cloud DevOps SAP Development Cybersecurity etc.)
Understand client requirements and prepare detailed job descriptions and sourcing strategies.
Source and attract candidates using job portals LinkedIn social media references and headhunting.
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary HR interviews to evaluate technical and soft skills.
Coordinate technical interviews and feedback follow-ups with hiring managers and clients.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers reports and ATS platforms.
Handle salary negotiations offer rollouts and onboarding coordination.
Build and maintain strong pipelines of candidates for niche and critical IT roles.
Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience (4 years) as an IT Recruiter preferably in a fast-paced consulting or staffing environment.
Strong understanding of IT technologies and terminologies.
Experience using ATS platforms LinkedIn Recruiter Naukri Monster and other sourcing tools.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Bachelors degree in any stream (MBA in HR is a plus).
