Heavy Equipment Operator
Northern & Southern California
Full-Time-Direct Hire
About:
A leading environmental construction and consulting firm is hiring experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to support diverse infrastructure and remediation projects. Positions are available on a full-time part-time or contract basis across California.
Responsibilities:-
Operate various equipment (excavators bulldozers backhoes trenchers forklifts etc.) for demolition earthwork and utility installation.

Conduct equipment inspections perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues.

Assist with general labor when equipment is not in use.

Work under site supervisors adhering to strict safety protocols and job-specific procedures.

Travel and extended stays may be required based on project locations.

Minimum 5 years of heavy equipment operation experience.

Basic equipment maintenance and repair knowledge.

Strong communication decision-making and teamwork skills.

Valid CA Driver s License with a clean record.

Ability to pass physical and drug/alcohol screenings.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
