Job Description

Develop and maintain strong relationships with staffing agencies and sub-consulting partners.

Finalize agreements pricing service-level expectations and engagement terms in line with company guidelines.

Monitor vendor performance based on key metrics such as turnaround time submission quality and conversion rates.

Ensure all vendors adhere to legal contractual and internal compliance standards.

Proactively manage and resolve any issues disputes or escalations involving vendors.

Identify and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency in vendor operations.

Prepare and update reports on vendor usage performance metrics and return on investment.

Create scalable processes for onboarding and integrating new vendor partners.
