SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. overtime as needed including weekends. Must be able to work 12-hour shifts day or night during harvest.

Job Summary: Responsible for (operation and) general cleaning and sanitation of the dryer areas and equipment. Dry cleaning using compressed air and sweeping of equipment and structures of the area(s) on a defined frequency. Responsible for moving operating elevators and conveyors to move rice. Also responsible for loading and dumping trucks and maintenance as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
- Must be willing and able to periodically lift and carry up to 100 lbs. of rice up to 10 feet several times per day.
- Must be willing and able to use push buttons to operate elevators and conveyors to move rough rice.
- Must be willing and able to climb bend stoop twist and turn throughout the day.
- Must be willing and able to do clean up using brooms scoop and air wands.
- Must be willing and able to be trained to use (heavy equipment loaders etc. and pass in-house program.
- Must be willing and able to work in various climates both indoors and outdoors.
- Must be willing and able to work at heights exceeding 100 ft.
- Must be able to speak and understand basic oral commands in English.
- Must be willing and able to wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Must be willing and able to follow all safety and food safety rules.
- Other duties as requested by supervisor.
