Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President Business Operations to lead and optimize our operational strategic and revenue-driven functions across our Software and EdTech verticals. This executive role will be central to driving alignment between teams building a strong brand presence delivering on revenue goals and ensuring operational excellence in a competitive and fast-evolving market.

Align operational execution with strategic business goals to enhance organizational agility and efficiency.
Implement robust frameworks to monitor performance improve collaboration and drive continuous improvement.
Lead national and regional sales strategies and mentor Business Development Managers to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Drive expansion into new markets cultivate key accounts and develop sustainable partner ecosystems.
Track market dynamics and leverage competitive intelligence to refine go-to-market plans.
Define and execute long-term strategic plans focused on scalability profitability and innovation.
Collaborate with leadership to prioritize initiatives and develop tactical plans for achieving business milestones.
Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that enhance the companys visibility and credibility in the Software and EdTech sectors.
Ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints-both traditional and digital.
Lead all aspects of digital media execution including SEO/SEM social media content creation email marketing and paid campaigns.
Utilize data analytics tools to monitor engagement optimize performance and ensure ROI on digital investments.
Supervise business performance across all verticals through dashboards and regular reporting.
Analyze KPIs and metrics to drive informed decisions track ROI and improve operational efficiency.
Design and facilitate high-impact training sessions and workshops for internal teams partners and clients.
Promote continuous learning innovation and industry knowledge within the organization.
Partner with Product Technology Marketing and Customer Success teams to ensure operational initiatives align with product roadmaps and customer expectations.
Bridge communication gaps between technical and business units to accelerate execution.
Identify process bottlenecks inefficiencies and redundancies across departments.
Implement automation and best practices to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
Oversee client engagement strategies with a focus on retention satisfaction and upsell opportunities.
Ensure that customer solutions are personalized scalable and deliver high-value outcomes.
Conduct deep market and competitive analysis to identify trends white-space opportunities and shifting customer needs.
Translate insights into actionable strategies for product marketing and sales teams.
Develop and manage budgets across departments including Operations Sales and Marketing.
Ensure fiscal discipline effective resource allocation and alignment with financial targets.
Build and nurture a high-performance culture through mentorship structured training programs and succession planning.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and align career growth with business goals.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legal financial and industry standards.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks through internal controls and audit mechanisms.
Establish and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders including board members investors strategic partners and industry thought leaders.
Represent the organization at external forums industry events and high-level business meetings.
Masters degree in Business Administration Technology Management or related fields.
Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in business operations preferably in software SaaS or EdTech environments.
Proven success in leading sales teams managing large-scale operations and executing complex strategies.
Expertise in CRM tools (Salesforce Zoho) BI dashboards (Power BI Tableau) digital marketing platforms (Google Ads Meta HubSpot) and workflow tools.
Strong business acumen analytical thinking and interpersonal communication skills.
Full Time
