Job Description
Location: Miami Calle 8
Salary: $55000 - $75000 per year (commensurate with experience)
We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Human Resources Manager to join our team and oversee HR operations for a group of restaurants located in the vibrant Calle 8 area of Miami. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead HR functions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Tasks
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee recruitment onboarding and training of restaurant staff.
- Manage employee relations conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Administer payroll benefits and performance reviews.
- Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with management to identify staffing and operational needs.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (mandatory).
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- 3 years of HR management experience.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
