We are currently looking for a dedicated working student (f/m/d) to support our Marketing & Sales team at our Vienna office.
Tasks
As a working student you will be a valuable part of our Marketing & Sales team and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment. Your tasks will include:
- Lead acquisition and outreach: Identifying potential customers compiling targeted contact lists and actively reaching out via phone email or other channels.
- CRM maintenance: Supporting the upkeep and organization of our CRM system to ensure efficient workflows.
- Market research: Gathering information on current market trends and competitor activities to help us stay one step ahead.
- Administrative support: Assisting with organizing marketing campaigns preparing proposals and reports.
Requirements
- You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Economics Marketing Medical or Healthcare Management Biomedical Engineering Health Technology or a related field.
- Excellent German skills (C2 or native level) Youll be communicating with German-speaking customers and creating content in German so confident and professional language use is a must.
- Strong English skills (spoken and written) to collaborate with our international team and partners.
- Initial experience in marketing and/or sales is a plus.
- A proactive attitude structured working style and willingness to learn.
