Job Description
- Position: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
- Location: San Rafael CA
- Setting: Long Term Care Facility
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks
- Start Date: ASAP
- Responsibilities:
- Assist physical therapists in providing therapy services to residents
- Implement treatment plans as directed
- Document patient progress
- Support rehabilitation goals for long-term care patients
- Communicate with interdisciplinary team
- Requirements:
- Valid PTA license for California
- Previous experience in long-term care preferred
- Ability to start as soon as possible
