Job Description
Facility Name: Kindred Hospital Tarrant FWSW (LTACH)
Schedule: PRN

How youll contribute
APhysical Therapy Assistant (PT)who excels in this role:
- Provides physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist assisting in restoring function and improving mobility.
- Administers physical therapy interventions as directed by the supervising PT
- Assists in patient mobility and exercise routines
- Monitors patient responses and reports progress to PT
- Maintains accurate and timely documentation
- Ensures a safe and clean environment for treatment
- Performs other duties as assigned
What were looking for
Applicants should have an Associates degree from a PTA program. Additional requirements include:
- Current and unrestricted PTA license in the state where services are rendered
- Current CPR certification
- Team-oriented and patient-focused with strong communication skills
- Rehab or acute care experience preferred
