Job Description
Job Title: Plumbing Estimator
Location: Maple Grove MN (with potential travel to regional offices)
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Estimator to join a dynamic and growing Building Systems team. This role involves estimating selling and managing commercial plumbing projects serving as a key point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:

Review project plans and specifications to develop accurate cost estimates

Identify project risks and general condition requirements

Define and communicate the scope of work clearly to all necessary parties

Review approve and manage all project-related documents
-
Identify and coordinate necessary subcontractors
-
Compile and input data into project recap tools
-
Participate in post-project evaluations to support continuous improvement
-
Serve as a collaborative internal resource across departments
Qualifications:
-
Prior experience as a Plumbing Estimator in commercial construction
-
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
-
Proven negotiation skills with suppliers and clients
-
Familiarity with budgeting and cost tracking
-
Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
-
Advanced communication and customer service skills
-
Ability to work independently and remain adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable working both in the office and in the field when needed
