We are seeking a skilled and passionate Open Source Ceph Engineer to join our infrastructure team. In this role you will design deploy and manage distributed storage solutions using Ceph. Youll play a key part in ensuring scalable reliable and high-performance storage systems that support mission-critical services.
Responsibilities:-
Design implement and maintain Ceph clusters (block object and file storage).

Monitor and optimize the performance health and scalability of Ceph storage environments.

Collaborate with DevOps SREs and application teams to support storage needs.

Troubleshoot complex storage issues ensuring high availability and data integrity.

Contribute to open-source Ceph community initiatives (bug fixes documentation testing).

Automate storage operations using tools like Ansible Terraform or custom scripts.

Develop and maintain internal documentation standards and best practices.
