Overview:
The Human Resources Recruitment Specialist plays a crucial role in identifying and acquiring top talent for the organization. This position is vital in ensuring the companys staffing needs are met in a timely and efficient manner contributing to the overall success and growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
- Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and engage potential candidates
- Facilitate the entire recruitment process from posting job ads to extending offers
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards
- Conduct reference and background checks on potential candidates
- Participate in job fairs career events and other networking opportunities to attract talent
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers in the selection process
- Contribute to the development of recruitment best practices and processes
- Generate reports and metrics to evaluate recruitment effectiveness

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven work experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role
- Demonstrated expertise in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates
- In-depth understanding of recruitment processes and techniques
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in HRIS and recruitment software
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
- Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing is a plus
- Certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP is preferred
