Job Description

Overview:
The Human Resources Recruitment Specialist plays a crucial role in identifying and acquiring top talent for the organization. This position is vital in ensuring the companys staffing needs are met in a timely and efficient manner contributing to the overall success and growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and engage potential candidates
  • Facilitate the entire recruitment process from posting job ads to extending offers
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards
  • Conduct reference and background checks on potential candidates
  • Participate in job fairs career events and other networking opportunities to attract talent
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers in the selection process
  • Contribute to the development of recruitment best practices and processes
  • Generate reports and metrics to evaluate recruitment effectiveness
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
  • Collaborate with the HR team on various talent acquisition initiatives

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or relevant field
  • Proven work experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role
  • Demonstrated expertise in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates
  • In-depth understanding of recruitment processes and techniques
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in HRIS and recruitment software
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
  • Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing is a plus
  • Certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP is preferred
  • Proactive and results-oriented approach to recruitment
  • Team player with a collaborative and flexible mindset
  • Ability to work with diverse teams and candidates
