Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Pre-Sales Consultant to join our team. The
ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in IT infrastructure cyber security
cloud computing and software solutions. This role involves collaborating closely with the
sales team to understand customer needs develop tailored solutions and drive sales
growth.
Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth technical assessments of customer environments to identify
opportunities and challenges.
Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to
showcase the value proposition of our solutions.
Create and deliver technical proposals RFP/RFI responses and solution architectures.
Provide pre-sales technical support to the sales team including product training and
knowledge transfer.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends emerging technologies and competitor offerings.
Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to provide customer
feedback and influence product roadmap.
Participate in industry events and conferences to generate leads and build brand
awareness.
Must have an excellent relations with OEMs and their sales and presales team to get the
best support.
Must have an excellent relations with clients especially in BFSI Telecom sector
Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role within the IT
services company.
Strong technical expertise in IT infrastructure cyber security cloud computing and
software solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical
audiences.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelors degree in computer science engineering or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Must be BTECH with Certifications in IT infrastructure cyber security or cloud
computing (e.g. CISSP AWS Certified Solutions Architect Azure Certified Solutions
Architect).
Experience with CRM and sales automation tools.
Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding sales quotas.
