We are Complete Creative a digital design agency specializing in delivering visual solutions that bring our clients visions to life. Were expanding our client base and seeking a Remote Account Executive who thrives in a self-managed environment and is passionate about building relationships and driving business growth.
We are seeking a motivated self-managed Account Executive to join our growing team. In this remote role you will be responsible for generating new business building meaningful relationships with companies and converting qualified leads into long-term clients.

Responsibilities:
- Work independently to manage your pipeline and daily tasks
- Call and engage warm and cold leads
- Qualify leads and identify key client needs and goals
- Creatively strategize and execute ways to attract and secure new business
- Build and maintain strong long-lasting client relationships
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver an outstanding client experience
- Track and analyze performance metrics to improve conversion rates
- Represent our company with enthusiasm and professionalism

Benefits
Compensation & Bonus Structure:
Base Pay: $15/hour
Bonus: $2500 for every account successfully secured
