Job Description
This is a remote position.
- Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients via online channels (LinkedIn email webinars etc.) referrals and networking.
- Conduct consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate service packages.
- Present and explain Ally Elite Agency s service offerings value propositions and pricing.
- Close sales for resume writing career coaching LinkedIn optimization and bundled packages.
- Maintain accurate records of leads sales activities and client communications in the CRM/tracking system.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Provide exceptional service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and encourage referrals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends service offerings and competitive landscape.
- Proven track record in sales preferably in professional services staffing recruiting or career services.
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
- Self-motivated goal-oriented and able to work independently.
- Comfortable with commission-only compensation.
- Experience using LinkedIn and other online platforms for outreach is a plus.
- Familiarity with resume writing career coaching or HR/recruiting is a bonus but not required.
- 100% commission-based:
- 10 22% commission on closed sales (tiered rates based on monthly performance)
- Additional bonuses for meeting/exceeding sales targets and bringing in new clients
