As a SCADA/EMS Systems Engineer you will:
- Support the implementation configuration and maintenance of the EMS/AEMS platform (including SCADA State Estimation Contingency Analysis Power Flow Analysis HTC and AGC functionalities).
- Execute system integration SUV testing and customer-specific customizations on EMS platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable and efficient system performance across transmission and distribution electrical grids.
- Provide remote diagnostics monitoring and technical support for the EMS platform.
- Interface with customers to troubleshoot and resolve complex SCADA and EMS-related issues.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 5 years of relevant experience in SCADA/EMS systems including AEMS platforms like E-Terra.
- Hands-on experience with installation maintenance or support of EMS/SCADA systems.
- Proficiency in SCADA communication protocols such as DNP3 IEC 104 IEC 61850 and Modbus.
- Technical knowledge of electrical grid operations (Transmission & Distribution).
- Strong experience in Linux Windows Oracle SQL and SCADA modeling tools.
- Working knowledge of TCP/IP protocols network troubleshooting DNS routing Active Directory firewalls and switches.
- Fluency in French and English (verbal and written) is required.
