Provide Level 2 technical support for Microsoft 365 products including Exchange Online SharePoint Online Teams OneDrive and related services.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to user accounts permissions mail flow collaboration tools and security configurations.
Perform user account management license assignments and group management within Microsoft 365 Admin Centre and Azure Active Directory.
Monitor system health service incidents and outages; communicate status updates to stakeholders.
Document troubleshooting steps configuration changes and solutions in the knowledge base.
Support integration of Microsoft 365 with other business applications and tools.
Provide support and maintenance for general office IT equipment such as desktops laptops printers scanners and VoIP phones.
Assist with setup troubleshooting and maintenance of network devices and peripherals.
Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams to ensure high availability and performance of network services.
Maintain inventory and documentation related to IT assets and configurations.
Qualifications :
College diploma or University degree in Computer Studies Computer Science Computer Engineering or other engineering disciplines.
Proven experience as a Level 2 IT Specialist or similar role with hands-on Microsoft 365 administration.
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 suite: Exchange Online SharePoint Online Teams OneDrive and Azure AD.
Experience with PowerShell scripting for Microsoft 365 management is highly desirable.
Familiarity with security compliance and governance features within Microsoft 365.
Experience supporting office IT equipment including desktops printers and network devices.
Basic to intermediate experience with Windows Server administration virtualization and backup solutions.
Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of working with technical and non-technical users.
Relevant certifications (e.g. Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert CompTIA Server or equivalent) preferred.
Experience with ticketing systems and ITSM processes.
Knowledge of networking fundamentals identity management and cloud infrastructure.
Experience working with Apple devices (MacOS iOS iPadOS)
