The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager End User Computing (EUC) to join our Group Technology team. This leadership role is responsible for setting the strategic direction and overseeing the delivery of EUC services across Crown Resorts. You will lead a team of engineers and support staff to ensure the stability security and scalability of workplace technologies with a strong focus on Microsoft platforms and modern endpoint management.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading the EUC function across all Crown properties ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery.
- Overseeing the design implementation and lifecycle management of EUC platforms including Windows 10/11 Microsoft Intune Autopilot SCCM M365 and Azure Virtual Desktop.
- Developing and maintaining the EUC roadmap aligned with enterprise architecture and digital transformation goals.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory risk and security requirements across all EUC services.
- Managing vendor relationships and service contracts related to EUC technologies.
- Collaborating with Cyber Security Infrastructure and Service Delivery teams to ensure seamless integration and support.
- Providing executive-level reporting on EUC performance risks and opportunities.
About You
This role is ideal for a strategic and technically skilled leader with a passion for innovation in digital workplace solutions. Youll bring a strong background in Microsoft technologies modern endpoint management and a proven ability to lead high-performing teams in complex environments.
You will also bring:
- 810 years experience in IT infrastructure roles with at least 3 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Modern Endpoint Management (Intune Autopilot SCCM Co-Management MAM on iOS).
- Strong understanding of enterprise mobility identity and access management and device compliance frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale EUC environments in regulated industries.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement communication and leadership skills.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate ITIL or TOGAF (highly desirable).
