We are looking for a dedicated Client Service Associate to join our team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service to our clients helping to resolve inquiries and providing solutions to meet their needs. As a Client Service Associate you will act as a liaison between our clients and various departments ensuring that our services meet or exceed expectations.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and offering solutions.
Assist clients in understanding services and products addressing their needs with appropriate resources.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
Maintain and update client records ensuring all information is current and accurate.
Assist in processing client requests including account modifications and follow-up tasks.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless client experiences.
Analyze client feedback and work towards continuous improvement of services.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in customer service business administration or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
