We are seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Austin TX. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers ensuring that all inquiries issues and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. This role requires a strong commitment to delivering outstanding service and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and internal support systems
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying complaints determining the cause and identifying solutions
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate departments
Provide accurate information about company products services and policies
Follow up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues
Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall customer experience
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree preferred
Minimum 12 years of customer service experience preferably in a support center or client-facing role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
