We are currently seeking a professional and detail-oriented Customer Account Representative to join our team in Dallas TX. This role is essential in maintaining high levels of client satisfaction by managing customer accounts addressing inquiries and ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain assigned customer accounts with professionalism and attention to detail
Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met
Monitor account activity update records and report on account performance
Assist in preparing service agreements proposals and client documentation
Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive support and regular follow-ups
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
Minimum of 12 years of experience in customer service account management or related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
