We are seeking a Client Relationship Representative to join our growing team. In this role you will act as the primary point of contact for our clients ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be proactive detail-oriented and dedicated to building strong long-lasting relationships.
Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
Maintain and strengthen long-term client relationships
Understand client goals and provide tailored solutions
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service excellence
Manage client accounts and update CRM systems regularly
Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities based on client needs
Monitor client satisfaction and follow up regularly to ensure continued success
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Communications or related field preferred
2 years of experience in customer service account management or client relations
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
