You will be updated with latest job alerts via email Interprets contract and application language for the verification of support services
Provides assistance to providers and internal staff to comply with policies regulations and financial requirements
Reviews support documentation to ensure its completeness and accuracy prior to payment
Maintains tracking system to monitor supportive services distributed
Maintains current on policy changes and modifications affecting support services
Creates and submits monthly reporting
Works closely with leadership team to ensure on track spending down supportive service funds.
Demonstrates sound judgment in ensuring compliance and administering policies and procedures
Serves on work groups and manages special projects and assignments
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
Bachelors Degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent work experience
One to three years in workforce development
Strong customer service skills required
Excellent internal and external customer service skills including a positive attitude and good listening skills
Ability to work with people from various backgrounds and with various needs
Ability to work independently
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with have strong attention to detail
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software and ability to work in many different programs/platforms.
Be reliable and a team-player
