Job Description
Were recruiting for a Campaign Manager to join us. Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for creating impactful marketing campaigns Join our Retail Protection B2B Marketing team as a Campaign Manager and help us engage advisers grow our business and deliver meaningful outcomes for clients. This is a hands-on role where collaboration creativity and commercial acumen come together to make a real difference
What youll be doing:
- Leading the development and delivery of multi-channel campaign plans
- Using insight and planning tools to shape messaging and campaign objectives
- Collaborating with Sales Product Brand Compliance and external agencies
- Managing campaigns from strategy through to execution and measurement
- Aligning campaign activity with business strategy and adviser needs
- Monitoring and optimising campaign performance using analytics
- Building strong campaign propositions tailored to segmented audiences
- Ensuring all work meets brand standards and drives adviser engagement
Qualifications :
Who were looking for:
- Demonstrated experience in B2B or intermediary-led marketing
- Proven ability to manage and deliver integrated campaigns
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation and funnel marketing
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercially minded with a focus on measurable outcomes
- Organised proactive and confident in cross-functional collaboration
- Skilled in using marketing insight and analytics tools
- Passionate about creating work that makes a difference
