We are looking for you an IT Solution Manager (m/f/diverse) to join our Information Technology team in the Business Area Applications for Purchasing Finance Integrity & Law.
The main objective of this position is the responsibility for the operation of applications in the area of Purchasing and Finance.
Core Responsibilities:
- Working as an IT partner and IT provider with your customers in Purchasing Finance Integrity & Law
- Ensure close cooperation with divisions/regional hubs as well as with internal and external partners
- Responsible for handling of tickets incidents and changes
- Steer plan and implement requested changes and extensions together with the business application manager / business key users
- Controlling the budget for services and create order requisitions
- Providing support for continuous optimization of individual applications their strategies and architecture
- Actively involved in global IT and business projects
- Assisting in the development of global standards strategies and concepts and their implementation in the area of Purchasing Finance Integrity & Law
Qualifications :
- Academic Degree in computer science business administration business informatics or comparable qualification
- Experience in Purchasing and/or Finance and/or Integrity & Law processes appreciated
- Several years of professional experience in IT service management or project environment
- Knowledge or experience in service management e.g. as a service or application owner
- Knowledge of business analytics tools cloud services server management SAP BW and Mendix
- Experience in managing external service providers
- Fluent English and German skills in written and spoken
- Very good negotiation skills and ability to find workable solutions for all parties involved
- Independent structured result- and customer-oriented working style
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player with willingness to work in a global team environment
