Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Project Manager to lead and support cross-agency projects with a strong focus on cloud-based SaaS implementations ideally within state or local government environments. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of managing multi-stakeholder initiatives and excels at aligning technical solutions with business objectives.
Qualifications :
Minimum Qualifications:
Proven experience managing multi-agency projects particularly in government IT or grants management environments
Familiarity with cloud-based systems and SaaS implementations (AmpliFund or similar preferred)
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills including coordination across diverse technical and non-technical audiences
PMP or equivalent project management certification (preferred)
Experience working with the State of New Mexico or similar public sector agencies
Ability to effectively communicate with both executive leadership and technical teams
Nice to Have:
Hands-on experience implementing AmpliFund in a government or multi-agency setting
35 years of experience managing complex cross-functional projects within state or local government
35 years of experience leading project teams tracking milestones managing third-party vendors and ensuring timely deliverables
