Job Description
Summary
Looking for a highly motivated Senior QA Profile with minimum 5 year of QA experience to join our team and ensure the delivery of high-quality.
The ideal candidate must have a strong background in manual testing. The candidate should be able to guide/coach QA team with his experience & skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Demonstrated expertise in manual testing with a strong understanding of quality assurance processes and testing methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with test management and test execution tools.
- Perform component-level testing ensuring system modules function correctly and meet requirements.
- Analyse and interpret user stories to develop comprehensive and effective test cases.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail while working independently or collaboratively within a team environment.
- Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills working closely with developers product managers and other stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and coaching to QA team members supporting their development and ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Identify root causes and effectively analyze and resolve issues as they arise during the QA lifecycle.
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of testing strategies and QA processes.
Qualifications :
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in manual QA testing.
- Industry-recognized certification such as ISTQB Foundation Level.
- Experience in creating maintaining and executing detailed test plans and test cases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum Kanban).
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager).
- Experience with automated testing tools.
- Working knowledge of Java and Selenium.
