Job Description
- Full time permanent position 48 hours per week
- Salary 30000 per annum
- An additional share of service charge and tips (paid every 2 months about 3.5k annually)
- You will be responsible for the preparation and service in a particular section supporting the team and helping colleagues
- Ensuring high level of food quality and preparation
- Natural ability as a chef with outstanding attention for detail.
- Assisting with the development of menus
- Ability to work unsupervised and using own initiative
- Strictly follow all food safety and health & safety procedures.
Qualifications :
- A truly talented Chef with a professional approach great passion and flair for the industry and food.
- Experience at 3 AA Rosette or 1 Michelin star environment is ideal or at least 5 years experience in 2 AA Rosette within a similar role or above.
- A calm mature approach with a resilient nature that thrives under pressure.
- Dedicated excellent team player with strong communication skills.
