Job Description
Were looking for an experienced Network Team Lead to drive the strategic development of our network infrastructure and lead a skilled motivated team. Together youll ensure the stability performance and security of our critical network services in our data centers in the cloud and remotely for our customers.
- Leading and supporting the Network & Security team both technically and personally.
- Ensuring reliable operation of network infrastructure across data centers cloud and customer environments.
- Ownership of key network services such as Managed WAN MPLS Cloudflare DDoS Protection NetScaler WAF IPSEC VPN and Client-to-Site VPN.
- Co-owning and further developing our data center environment with Cisco ACI CheckPoint VSX Juniper SRX and Arista switches & routers.
- Handling technical escalations and driving improvements with a focus on security stability and performance.
- Building and maintaining strong vendor relationships to guarantee fast reliable support.
Qualifications :
- 7 years of experience in the IT industry.
- 5 years specializing in at least one of these areas:
- Service Provider Networks
- Data Center Networking
- Security
- Campus LAN / Wireless
- Routing & Switching
- Proven leadership experience (e.g. as Team Lead or Project Manager).
- Strong communication & conflict resolution skills.
- Solid understanding of Service Provider infrastructure.
- Hands-on solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in English and German (spoken & written).
