Job Description

Sales Strategy and Planning

  • Promote and Emeute Sales Planes.
  • Develop customer plans considering distribution and investment efficiency.
  • Achieve KPI targets.

Store Development and Branding

  • Manage the PDCA cycle for product distribution sales volume budget placement of refrigerators and promotional materials and store development.
  • Establish branding within each store.
  • Implement store development in line with global guidelines.

In-store Marketing and Visibility

  • Develop and propose POP materials.
  • Secure visibility space.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build maintain and strengthen relationships with customers buyers and other stakeholders.

Analysis and Reporting

  • Analyze customer growth rates and profitability.
  • Analyze sales promotion/visibility effects.
  • Understand customer performance based on sales volume.
  • Prepare reports for external and internal purposes.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with internal teams such as the striker team category team and data team.

Qualifications :

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • University graduate (preferably in business or marketing)
  • Drivers license

EXPERIENCE

  • Approximately 5 years of sales experience
  • Experience in account management or headquarters negotiations within the FMCG industry particularly with wholesalers or supermarkets and drugstores
  • Experience in the beverage or consumer goods industry is preferred
  • Familiarity with the designated areas geography is preferred

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Ability to build beneficial relationships with customers and connect them to business opportunities
  • High sales and communication skills (flexible negotiation and mediation)
  • Understanding of off-premise operations
  • Ability to understand commercial economic trends and sales figures
  • Basic computer knowledge (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to improve English language skills (business-level English proficiency is preferred)
