Sales Strategy and Planning
- Promote and Emeute Sales Planes.
- Develop customer plans considering distribution and investment efficiency.
- Achieve KPI targets.
Store Development and Branding
- Manage the PDCA cycle for product distribution sales volume budget placement of refrigerators and promotional materials and store development.
- Establish branding within each store.
- Implement store development in line with global guidelines.
In-store Marketing and Visibility
- Develop and propose POP materials.
- Secure visibility space.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build maintain and strengthen relationships with customers buyers and other stakeholders.
Analysis and Reporting
- Analyze customer growth rates and profitability.
- Analyze sales promotion/visibility effects.
- Understand customer performance based on sales volume.
- Prepare reports for external and internal purposes.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal teams such as the striker team category team and data team.
Qualifications :
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
- University graduate (preferably in business or marketing)
- Drivers license
EXPERIENCE
- Approximately 5 years of sales experience
- Experience in account management or headquarters negotiations within the FMCG industry particularly with wholesalers or supermarkets and drugstores
- Experience in the beverage or consumer goods industry is preferred
- Familiarity with the designated areas geography is preferred
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Ability to build beneficial relationships with customers and connect them to business opportunities
- High sales and communication skills (flexible negotiation and mediation)
- Understanding of off-premise operations
- Ability to understand commercial economic trends and sales figures
- Basic computer knowledge (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
- Willingness to improve English language skills (business-level English proficiency is preferred)
