Safety Analyst

LYTX SYSTEM LEADERSHIP

Serve as the platform administrator and lead point of contact for all LYTX system functions.

Configure and maintain user roles alerts cameras and vehicle assignments across all operations.

Monitor safety metrics incident trends and video footage to identify risk areas and propose mitigation strategies.

Ensure continuous system accuracy data integrity and compliance with operational safety standards.

Act as the liaison between field operations LYTX support and internal IT teams.

Collaborate and support all needs for Talent and Legal RBDC / RBNA.

SAFETY DATA ANALYSIS & REPORTING

Analyze LYTX and operational safety data to generate insights and trend reports for leadership and field teams.

Develop and distribute regular performance dashboards and KPIs (e.g. ASMS behavior collisions near misses).

Collaborate with Operations and Talent to develop corrective actions and safety programs based on LYTX insights.

Drive predictive analytics models to identify and address potential safety issues before incidents occur.

TRAINING & CHANGE MANAGEMENT

Develop and deliver training programs on LYTX system use safety policies and best practices for ASMSs and managers.

Provide onboarding and continuous education.

Create SOPs manuals and visual guides to ensure ease of use and understanding of LYTX data and reports.

Lead workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions for cross-functional alignment.

PROCESS IMPROVEMENT & CROSS-FUNCTIONAL SUPPORT

Work closely with Logistics Fleet Talent Legal and Compliance teams to align safety processes and ensure consistent practices.

Support incident investigations by providing video evidence and analytical summaries.

Recommend and implement changes to enhance operational safety and reduce liability and insurance costs.

Partner with IT and analytics teams to integrate LYTX data with enterprise systems for holistic operational insights.

Qualifications :

5 years of experience in safety analytics fleet safety or operations in a distribution/logistics environment.

Bachelors degree in operations Safety Management Data Analytics or related field.

Experience administering and managing telematics or video-based safety platforms (LYTX preferred).

Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with dashboards and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) is a plus.

Familiarity with safety regulations (DOT OSHA FMCSA) and compliance reporting is preferred.

Prior experience in a Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) or warehouse/distribution environment is a strong advantage.

A firm understanding of data analysis and operations

Ability to develop big-picture understanding of business priorities and translate that into actionable tasks

Additional Information :

This position is open to U.S. citizens U.S. permanent residents or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.

The base salary range for this position is $81120 to $121680 cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
