Since 2022 Accor has strengthened its data-driven approach. The Data Community brings together all the professions involved in making the most of data in the groups various Hubs and Brands in France and abroad.
Youll join the Data Communication Management team which aims is to animate the Data Community and educate all Accor employees about Data & Artificial Intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
Communication & Coordination:
- Gather input from central regional teams and brands to support global alignment.
- Assist in the creation of global presentations and multimedia communication materials (videos flyers newsletters)
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure smooth project delivery.
Community Management:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative and engaging initiatives aimed at raising the Data Community and create adoption.
- Participating in the organisation of meetings and workshops to encourage inter-team exchanges.
- Monitor and research topics related to Data Visualization Data & AI
Event Organization :
- Assist in organizing digital and physical events (VizGame Webinars...)
- Requesting quotes from service providers
- Monitoring preparations and coordinating logistics
Qualifications :
- Masters program at a Business or Engineering School
- English & French mandatory
- Excellent Communication Skills: Comfortable gathering and sharing information clearly with various stakeholders including agencies regional teams and internal departments.
- Curiosity and Willingness to Learn: Eager to develop new skills in digital tools and learn about Data in a global environment.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously keep track of deadlines and maintain detailed documentation supporting effective project coordination.
- Team Collaboration: Thrives in a cross-functional and multicultural team environment working smoothly with peers and managers to deliver shared goals.
