Design and develop innovative enabling programs for leaders and associates to foster the TOP5 strategic : Automation GenAI Data User eXperience and Service Mindset
Evaluate new activities based on requirements & needs of the organization and in close collaboration of the responsible functional topic owners
Take the responsibility for the design implementation and evaluation of globally available learning and development concepts
Consult & support GS associates leaders & teams in regards of their future competence development
Regular exchange close cooperation and continuous alignment with key partners & stakeholders up to BV level to ensure OKR planning and quality
Strong collaboration within an international team
Qualifications :
Educational qualification:
University degree/MBA on Business Administration or economics preferred in the field of HR development or education for adults
Experience :
Several years of professional experience in Learning & Development very good know-how in concept development and didactic and methodological skills combined with a strong enthusiasm for the development of people. Very good moderation & presentation skills. Experienced in handling IT tools like MS Office 360 Miro Mentimeter Kahoot Bosch Connect etc.
Mandatory/requires Skills :
Growth mindset in regards to transformation and change highly self-motivated and self-organized entrepreneurial and a mindset that can deal well with ambiguity team-oriented and excellent in communication and stakeholder management. Business fluent in written and spoken English
Preferred Skills :
Ability to collaborate and co-create in a global team as well as think and act cross-divisional cross-functional and cross-regions.
