  • Provide accurate and actionable advice to Product Managers on existing and forthcoming EU regulations identifying potential gaps and proactively addressing risks.

  • Work with broader Compliance colleagues to ensure Wise Product Teams are consistently updated on the latest regulations guidance and industry best practices.

  • Represent Wise in meetings with Banking Partners and Central Banks articulating Wises innovative products and compliance framework with clarity and precision.

  • Ability to assess and interpret intricate regulatory frameworks and effectively translate them into practical application within a product context.

  • Strong communication skills enabling you to effectively convey complex regulatory concepts to Product Managers and Engineers.

  • A pragmatic problem-solver with the ability to leverage regulatory knowledge and data insights to drive informed business decisions.

  • Proven experience (or a strong interest) in thriving within a fast-growing agile environment with the ability to work directly and collaboratively with product teams.

  • Willing to travel as Wise offices are located across different countries.

  • Eager and adept at quickly familiarizing yourself with new and evolving regulatory frameworks across different EU-jurisdictions.

Some extra skills that would be great:
