We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Customer Outreach Coordinator to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for initiating and maintaining contact with potential and existing customers to promote services gather feedback and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Your work will support the company s growth and help strengthen customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls emails or messages to engage new and existing customers

  • Introduce and explain company products or services to prospective clients

  • Follow up on previous interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system

  • Collect customer feedback and identify trends or concerns to share with internal teams

  • Assist with coordinating promotional campaigns and customer engagement efforts

  • Schedule consultations product demos or follow-up appointments as needed

  • Ensure all outreach efforts are professional friendly and aligned with brand values

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Prior experience in customer service outreach or sales support preferred

  • Comfortable using CRM platforms and other digital communication tools

  • Self-motivated with a positive results-driven attitude

  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently in a remote setting
