Reports to: Director of Strategy & Innovation for Programs

As a Program Quality Liaison youll be the bridge between data and action-supporting safety compliance and continuous improvement across all our services.

Track document and analyze program incidents
Identify trends and recommend data-informed solutions to reduce risk
Support both immediate safety actions and long-term fixes
Coordinate audit documentation and ensure timely completion of follow-up plans
Keep cross-functional teams informed and supported before during and after reviews
Promote accountability through proactive communication and reminders
Monitor Electronic Health Record (EHR) entries for quality accuracy and timeliness
Provide clear constructive feedback and coaching to program staff
Help teams improve documentation and align with agency and regulatory standards
Build and maintain dashboards and reports that translate data into actionable insights
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like fire drills compliance grids and financial reviews
Present findings in a clear and engaging way to stakeholders at all levels
Act as a go-to resource for compliance communication updates and clarification
Participate in agency committees (e.g. Incident Review Human Rights) and identify emerging trends
Use IRMA dashboards to help teams stay ahead of issues and plan proactively
Identify opportunities for smarter more efficient processes
Lead debriefs coach teams and follow through on quality improvement initiatives
Promote a culture of learning collaboration and continuous growth
Experience:
2 years in quality compliance or operational roles (experience in Human Services or Healthcare is a plus)
Education:
Bachelors in Human Services or related field preferred
Associate degree with 4 years of relevant experience accepted
Skills:
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication-able to discuss complex or sensitive topics with clarity
Proven relationship builder with a collaborative approach across departments
Timely and accountable in all work deliverables
Comfortable using EHR systems compliance tools and dashboards (IRMA/OPWDD experience a plus)
Strong coaching facilitation and cross-team communication skills
