Job Description
The Continental Automotive Group is an exceptional place to be and lucky for you were recruiting! Our stores rapid growth has created amazing advancement opportunities for our Service Technicians and Technician Apprentices. We are always on the hunt for a Master Technician superstar! Master Technicians are responsible for acting as a consultant for diagnostic work vehicle repairs and procedures. Master Technicians also provide leadership and direction to other members of the Service Department.
include but are not limited to:
- Must have held a valid drivers license for at least 1 year
- Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered
- Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and within a reasonable time frame
- Perform advanced removal and replacement diagnostic work
- Oversee and signing off on repairs completed by other technicians
- Required to hold a valid State Inspectors license
- Offer training and guidance to other technicians
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Must demonstrate utmost care for all vehicle repairs performed
Shop Hours:
Flexibility in scheduling within the hours of 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
Compensation and Perks:
- Master Techs starting at $35.00 flat rate
- Subaru Master Techs starting at $40.00 flat rate
- Sign on bonus and relocation assistance for Master Technicians
- $300 boot allowance
- 1.5x pay for warranty repairs
- End of year hours bonus
- Bonuses based on production
